One-time and ad-hoc housekeeping is quoted around your home, booked time and priorities. Confirm the hourly basis, staff count and any minimum booking with our team.
Visit length and staffing depend on floor area, room count, condition and the task list. Share your priorities so the team can confirm what fits within the booked service.
Your quotation confirms the total price, staffing or labour, service time, materials or equipment, and GST or additional charges where applicable. Review these details before confirming.
SET THE RIGHT EXPECTATIONS
Regular housekeeping maintains a lived-in home. Intensive built-up grime, post-renovation dust, upholstery extraction, appliance or cabinet interiors, high-access work and heavy lifting need a separate scope. Tell us about delicate surfaces, pets and any areas to leave untouched.
Laundry, ironing, wardrobe organisation, kitchen interiors, specialist cleaning and concierge tasks can be requested in advance. The additional time and charges are confirmed with your quotation.

The everyday cleaning scope is similar, but this is arranged as a one-time visit rather than a recurring routine. The time, tasks and date are agreed for that booking.
General housekeeping covers everyday upkeep. Accumulated dirt, intensive detailing or a property that has been unused may require a Deep & Spring Cleaning quotation instead.
Cleaning supplies are provided for the agreed housekeeping service. Tell us about delicate surfaces or preferred products before the visit.
Agree access and any key-handling arrangements with the service team beforehand. Share your priority areas and areas to leave untouched.
Request these in advance so preparation, suitability, additional time and charges can be agreed.
Ad-hoc housekeeping is available on public holidays, subject to scheduling. Your quotation confirms availability and any applicable charges.
