Kitchen & bathrooms
Scrub and clean agreed kitchen and bathroom surfaces, fittings and floors. Identify grease, accumulated residue and removable marks for assessment.

Rooms, surfaces & floors
Wipe reachable surfaces, mirrors, windows, ledges, fixtures and fittings; vacuum or sweep and mop floors. Tidy agreed areas, make beds and change linen using your supplied clean set; laundry is separate.

Finishing details
Balcony cleaning, household rubbish removal and requested general dusting of reachable ceiling fans, grilles and walls are agreed in the task list. Dishwashing and safe movement of suitable standalone items are assessed before inclusion.

PRICING & SERVICE TIME
From S$35
per hour · minimum four-hour booking
Pricing depends on the quantity or area, condition, access, requested work and service timing. Photos, measurements or an assessment help us prepare a suitable quotation.
The published starting rate for one-time deep cleaning is from S$35 per hour, with a minimum four-hour booking. Your quotation confirms the staff count, billing basis and total service time for your home.
Your quotation confirms the total price, staffing or labour, service time, materials or equipment, and GST or additional charges where applicable. Review these details before confirming.
SET THE RIGHT EXPECTATIONS

Plan anything extra.
Acid washing, steam cleaning and alkaline degreasing of kitchen hoods are not part of the standard scope. High-access work, specialist extraction, difficult residue and other additional treatments must be requested for assessment. Permanent marks and damage are not guaranteed to be removed.
Additional requests
Request appliance or cabinet interiors, specialist upholstery or carpet cleaning, intensive kitchen treatments and high-access work separately. These require suitability, time and charges to be agreed.

This service gives more time and attention to accumulated dirt and agreed detail work. Regular housekeeping focuses on recurring everyday upkeep.
List the interiors you want cleaned. Suitability, preparation, access and additional time are confirmed before including them in your quotation.
Results depend on the surface, the substance and how long it has been present. Photos and an assessment help establish realistic expectations; damaged finishes and permanent marks may remain.
Clear loose items and provide access to the areas agreed. Set aside fragile belongings and supply clean bed linen if changing linen is part of your visit.
Request it separately. Acid washing, steam cleaning and alkaline hood degreasing are excluded from the standard scope and need an assessed quotation.
