Move-out Cleaning / Move-in Cleaning

Our Move-out / Move-in Service includes:

1. Extensive wiping inside cupboards, shelves, countertops, and all other surfaces
2. High priority in the kitchen, bathrooms, and balcony (to clean out removable stains and marks) – scrub, clean, wipe, and dry
4. Wiping reachable mirrors, windows, ledges, fixtures, and fittings
5. Cleaning interior fridge and freezer
6. Vacuum/Sweep + Mop
8. Trash Hauling
9. A general dusting of ceiling fans, window grilles, and walls (upon request)

Job scope does not include cleaning of fans, top-down windows, and exterior grilles of high-rise apartments or homes with more than one level and ceiling walls, removal of renovation debris or packing of personal items.
